Project Description
Project Architect, Aladina Harunani was key designer and Architect whilst employed at ADC Architects. The project was conceived in 1997 when the developer sought to see if the number of apartments against market sale would make the project viable. Previous to that time several large architectural practices had been engaged, but no previous developer could make it happen. On this occasion the strategic placement of small apartments on premium corner locations as well as larger ones on two level penthouses enabled the quick sale of the required apartment numbers. The project has become one of the key landmarks of the Auckland down town area.
